A box of 20 In-situ probe tips for the Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 300/400 systems - they have a custom tungsten tip with a stainless steel shank for use with the AutoProbe™ 300/400, in-situ probe tip exchange systems and is Short-Cut™ compatible. Tip radius is 0.5 µm with 8-10° taper angle.

Description

In-situ probe tips - tungsten tip with a stainless steel shank for use with the Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 300/400 systems. Supplied in a box of 20.

The in-situ probe tip exchange systems and Short-Cut™, tip radius is 0.5µm with a 8°-10° taper angle. Compatible with : OP300, OP300 Short-Cut, OP400 (not FEI Helios).
